Job summary

Jonus Group seeks an experienced Ultra-High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Account Executive to manage a sophisticated portfolio of affluent clients, delivering white-glove service and customized insurance solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with high-net-worth individuals and complex personal portfolios, including accounts generating $25,000+ in annual revenue per account, in a relationship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Experience with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
• License: Property & Casualty (P&C).
• Familiarity with NYC/Tri-State private client carriers.
• Accounts generating $25,000+ annual revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth personal insurance accounts.
• Handle sophisticated client accounts, including those generating $25,000+ in annual revenue per account.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering white-glove service and personalized insurance solutions.
• Oversee complex personal insurance portfolios, including luxury homes, high-value properties, and luxury autos.
• Conduct coverage reviews, identify gaps, and recommend risk management strategies.
• Manage renewal processes, coverage analysis, remarketing, and carrier negotiations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, wealth advisors, and family offices.
• Coordinate endorsements, changes, and complex account servicing needs.
• Provide claims advocacy and coordinate with carriers for seamless service.
• Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and improve retention.
• Maintain accurate client documentation in agency system.
