Job summary

Associated Insurance and Risk Management Advisors in Lombard, IL is seeking a Private Client Personal Lines Account Manager. You will manage a high net worth book, review renewals, and advise clients on coverage to keep protections comprehensive.

Ideal candidates hold a P&C license, 5+ years of HNW experience, and familiarity with major carriers and Epic. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• P&C Producer License.
• 5+ years of High Net worth personal lines insurance experience.
• Knowledge of high net worth carrier websites.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both clients and agency personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions.
• Experience with agency management system such as EPIC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively review policies for assigned clients at renewal. Identify any gaps in coverage and make specific recommendations to ensure the client is fully protected.
• Explain coverage and policy details to clients clearly. Ensure all available coverages are offered and discussed.
• Proactively identify opportunities to necessary lines of business to ensure comprehensive protection.
• Build and maintain trust with large book of established clients, handling coverage inquiries and advice.
• Document necessary policy changes, endorsements, and rewrites in Epic agency management system for processing.
• Oversee the remarketing of accounts when rates or risks change or requested by producer.
• Maintain professional relationships with underwriters at key personal lines carriers to facilitate problem-solving and approvals.
• Review home inspections and appraisals with clients; track and communicate carrier requirements to ensure compliance.
