Amentum is seeking a Helicopter Pilot (Instructor) to train student pilots at Fort Rucker, Alabama. You will deliver comprehensive rotary-wing flight instruction in UH-72 training missions while upholding rigorous safety standards.

Applicants should have extensive flight experience and instructor credentials; military aviation experience is advantageous but not required. This is a fixed location position with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold ICAO/FAC pilot cert with rotorcraft and instructor ratings on both certificates.
• Total flight time 1500 hours (PIC/PI creditable).
• Night Flying – 75 hours.
• Instructed students in instrument flight training.
• Instructor time – 500 hours.
• Current FAA Second Class Medical.
• NVG qualified with 200 hours NVG.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Instruct, coach and mentor student pilots through intensive rotary wing training.
• Maintain safety as a priority in all flight training activities.
• Deliver instruction in UH-72 and ensure adherence to military aviation standards.
• Operate within a large NAS area, maintaining situational awareness and safety.
