Job summary

Doji is seeking a hands-on UGC Growth Lead in New York to turn our organic UGC program into a reliable user acquisition channel. You will build, manage, and scale the UGC program while collaborating with the founders on growth and content strategy.

• Build a UGC recruitment pipeline to grow Doji’s UGC program.
• Manage and scale the full UGC creator roster, including sourcing and onboarding.
• Own and streamline the workflow from briefs to posting and payments.
• Turn formats into briefs creators can execute with minimal hand-holding.
• Set the creative bar and give actionable feedback on hooks and pacing.
• Run a weekly testing cadence to validate formats before scale.
• Measure performance by creator, format, and platform for installs and activations.
• Build teams and automation to scale without lowering quality.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on UGC Growth Lead to turn Doji’s organic UGC program into a dependable user acquisition channel.

You’ll build, manage, and scale Doji’s entire UGC program, while working closely with the founders on growth and content strategy.

Your first 90 days will focus on streamlining the entire recruiting, onboarding, and posting process to establish UGC as a reliable user acquisition system. From there, the role may expand to drive scalable and efficient user acquisition across channels, using organic winners to inform paid growth and potentially broader acquisition channels.

As UGC Growth Lead you will…

• Build a UGC recruitment pipeline to grow Doji’s UGC program

• Manage and scale the full UGC creator roster, which includes sourcing, evaluating, onboarding, supporting, retaining, and replacing creators

• Own and streamline the complete workflow, from briefs and production through feedback, posting, tracking, and payments

• Turn promising formats and references into simple briefs creators can execute without extensive hand-holding

• Set the creative bar and give clear, actionable feedback on hooks, delivery, styling, pacing, and product integration

• Run a disciplined weekly testing cadence, validating formats across creators before scaling them

• Measure performance by creator, format, and platform, including the path from content to installs and activated users

• Build the team, systems, and automation required to scale the program without lowering quality

You're a great fit if you…

• Have built or operated a UGC program before, have extensive experience as a canvas UGC creator, or built a personal audience yourself

• Can clearly explain why a piece of content worked, or didn’t, and translate that insight into a better test or brief for creators to execute

• Can manage creators and supporting team members while maintaining a high bar for creative quality

• Are social media native (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, & FB) and have exceptional taste

• Use data to decide what to repeat, revise, or stop

• Move quickly, take ownership, and work effectively without a finished playbook

• Have driven app installs or activated users through organic content

• Have turned organic winners into paid-social creative

• Have an existing creator network
