Socket.dev, a NYC-based team reimagining fashion shopping with AI avatars, seeks a hands-on UGC Growth Lead to turn Doji’s organic UGC program into a dependable user acquisition channel. You’ll build, manage, and scale Doji’s UGC program while working closely with the founders on growth and content strategy.

Your first 90 days focus on streamlining recruiting, onboarding, and posting to establish UGC as a reliable user acquisition system.

Qualifications

• Have built or operated a UGC program before.
• Experience with canvas UGC creators or building a personal audience is a plus.
• Ability to translate content performance into improved briefs and tests.
• Experience managing creators while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong social media fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook.
• Comfort using data to decide what to repeat, revise, or stop.

Responsibilities

• Build a UGC recruitment pipeline to grow Doji’s UGC program.
• Manage and scale the full UGC creator roster—from sourcing to onboarding and payments.
• Own and streamline the workflow from briefs and production through feedback and posting.
• Translate successful formats into simple briefs for creators to execute.
• Set the creative bar and give actionable feedback on hooks and product integration.
• Run a disciplined weekly testing cadence across formats and creators.
• Measure performance by creator, format, and platform, from content to installs and activated users.
• Build the team, systems, and automation to scale without sacrificing quality.
