Job summary

Lunar Solar Group is seeking a Jr. Creative Strategist to drive performance-driven creative across UGC, paid social, and social-first content. You will focus on UGC strategy, creator facilitation, and supporting static and motion creative development.

The ideal candidate is tuned into social culture, understands what makes content perform, and can translate marketing objectives into clear creative direction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, UGC, or social content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social-first formats.
• Ability to write clear creative briefs and provide actionable feedback.
• Comfortable collaborating with creators and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop UGC concepts, hooks, messaging, and creative angles based on client goals.
• Create creator briefs and manage the UGC process from concept to delivery.
• Review content and provide strategic feedback to keep assets authentic and on-brand.
• Monitor social trends to identify formats and storytelling opportunities.
• Support development of static and motion creatives across formats.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Paid Media, and Creative teams to align with strategy.
