Gassed is a UGC creative agency helping DTC and consumer brands scale paid social performance. We seek a Creative Strategist to own the creative strategy for a portfolio of client accounts, setting the direction, writing briefs, and partnering with production and editing teams to ensure on-brief delivery.

You'll lead strategy reviews, analyze performance metrics, and shape the next round of briefs and recommendations for improved ROAS and engagement.

Formación

• 2 years experience in creative strategy, ideally within a performance creative or DTC-focused agency.
• Strong working knowledge of DTC and direct-response marketing principles.
• Proven ability to write clear, production-ready creative briefs: hooks, scripts, messaging frameworks, and format direction.
• Working proficiency with Meta Ads Manager (and comfort with other paid social platforms) to read creative-level performance.
• Ability to interpret and act on performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, and conversion performance.
• Confident client-facing communicator, comfortable leading monthly performance and strategy calls.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator — experience working closely with production and editing teams to get briefs executed well.
• Ability to manage strategy across 5+ client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Write creative briefs with hooks, angles, messaging, and format direction grounded in direct-response and DTC best practices.
• Stay current on top-performing paid social trends, hooks, and formats across Meta, TikTok, and other channels.
