Job summary

Lunar Solar Group is seeking a creative strategist to drive performance-driven advertising across UGC, paid social, and social-first content. You will collaborate with strategists, designers, and editors to translate insights into compelling creative direction.

In this role you will develop UGC concepts, briefs, and creator communications, monitor TikTok and Instagram trends for testing strategies, and manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creative strategy, social media, influencer marketing, or a related field.
• Strong creative instincts and an understanding of performance-driven advertising on Meta.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire creators and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop UGC concepts, briefs, and creator communication from concept to final delivery.
• Monitor TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social trends to inform content formats and testing strategies.
• Manage multiple projects and feedback cycles while maintaining strong attention to detail.
