What Do You Meme is seeking a Content Manager in the United States (New York) to own the full UGC lifecycle across organic social, TikTok Shop, and paid media. You will build creator networks, brief production, and ensure output meets brand standards and platform requirements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in content strategy and creator relations, with strong project management and organizational skills. The role offers remote/hybrid options and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in content briefing, UGC management, creator relations, or social content strategy.
• Proven experience managing relationships with creators.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and performance across multiple social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire content lifecycle from creator strategy to briefing, production and delivery.
• Manage creator partnerships, negotiate briefs, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate between creators, editors, media teams and brand stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Lead and mentor the Content Editor, driving quality and process improvements.
• Scale the UGC program across Relatable brands with a data-driven approach.
