Job summary

GeistM in New York is seeking a hands-on Content Creator to produce engaging paid-social creative and help build a reliable creator pipeline across client campaigns.

This maker-focused role involves creating and editing assets, filming UGC-style content, repurposing footage, and sourcing external creators. You will collaborate with Creative and Growth teams to turn briefs and insights into testable content across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment across UGC, short-form video, social content, or related creative work.
• Experience creating content for Meta, TikTok, Reels, or other short-form platforms.
• Working knowledge of Canva and at least one video-editing platform such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Confidence and natural presence on camera with ability to adapt delivery to different brands and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Production: create paid-social assets and campaign variations from approved concepts.
• Ideate, film, and appear in platform-native UGC-style content across brands.
• Edit short-form video and UGC footage for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
• Create product demonstrations, testimonials, and direct-response content.
• Write scripts, shot lists, hooks, and CTAs communicating product benefits.
• Plan shoots including lighting, framing, sound, locations, and props.
• Capture multiple hooks and variations for testing.
• Review footage for quality and brand alignment.
