Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is hiring in the United States for production-related roles. Responsibilities include operating the pasteurizer, handling milk receivers, CIP of equipment, titrations, sampling, and SAP data entry. Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
• Must obtain State Pasteurizer license and Weigher’s and Sampler’s license.
• Must pass Pasteurizer and Weigher’s/Sampler’s tests within 3 months.
• Must be able to cross train and master other jobs.
• Responsible for food safety and quality.
• Must be able to perform SAP functions in the SAP system.

Responsibilities

• Operate pasteurizer.
• Break relief for milk receivers and perform milk receiving functions.
• CIP all associated equipment.
• Perform chemical titrations.
• Load out liquid products and receive bulk liquids.
• Maintain and clean starter and raw CIP tanks.
• Maintain housekeeping in raw areas.
• Receive milk tankers and secondary tankers.
• Pull samples for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain sanitizer baths.
• Make production and CIP connections for milk pasteurizer.
• Keep seal water lines clean.
• Perform SAP functions in the SAP system.
