Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is hiring for a production/operations role in California. The position involves operating pasteurization equipment, handling milk reception, and performing CIP and testing per regulatory standards.

You will maintain food safety and quality, pull lab samples, and execute SAP tasks in the SAP system. The role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, obtaining required licenses within three months, and willingness to cross-train on various production functions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
• Must obtain State Pasteurizer license and Weigher's and Sampler's license.
• Able to pass Pasteurizer and Weigher's & Sampler's tests within 3 months of placement.
• Must operate pasteurizer and perform milk receiving functions.
• Capable of CIP on related equipment and performing chemical titrations.

Responsibilities

• Operate the pasteurizer and milk pasteurizer connections.
• Perform CIP on associated equipment and clean drains.
• Receive bulk liquids and milk tankers; maintain housekeeping in raw areas.
• Pull samples for laboratory analysis and perform Charm SL testing as per PMO regulations.
• Carry out SAP functions in the SAP system and cross-train on other jobs as assigned.
