Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of work experience in food manufacturing, dairy experience preferred.
• Quality/food safety training and/or certifications are a plus.
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain certification (Powered Industrial Truck).
• Proficient computer skills, data entry; SAP a plus.
• Strong math skills.
• Strong technical and math skills.
• Ability to operate and understand equipment controls, touch panels and mechanical operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, in English.
• Demonstrated work history.
• Good attendance is a must.

Responsibilities

• In accordance with SOPs, stage, weigh and prepare products.
• Actively monitor pasteurization process and record data; ensure chart record controls per requirements.
• Perform all required analytical testing; report product deviations to supervisor.
• Follow all allergen protocols.
• Ability to follow SOPs in detail without deviation.
• Operate tanks, pumps and operations equipment.
• Perform and document equipment clean-up, CIP/SIP operations, tanks, lines and equipment.
• Perform routine equipment adjustments.
• Safe operation of a lift truck.
• Accurately and neatly complete records, system data entry and documentation.
• Perform all department environmental controls.
• Perform product reclaim and rework operations per reclaim guidelines.
• Adhere to Saputo Code of Ethics and Workplace Climate Policy.
• Work together as a team.
• Other duties as required by management.
