Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America in Colorado seeks an Operations Team member to safely operate packaging and processing equipment, unload tankers, run and CIP the dryer and evaporator, and perform minor equipment maintenance.

You will follow GMP and HACCP guidelines, participate in training, and support production leadership with shift coverage, daily records, and incident reporting. The role includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of experience or 4+ years of leadership attributes preferred.
• Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all systems that correspond with the operation.
• Maintain daily sheets with audit information and all lab testing information when necessary.
• Ensure all documentation is within required compliance.
• Oversee CIP washing to ensure proper chemicals, pressure, and all processes are being followed.
