Valley Health System seeks an uEHR Implementation Team member focused on Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Remittance, understanding upstream/downstream data sources and root causes of claims errors. The role centers on paper/electronic claims and remittance testing, with hospital billing experience required.

Also supports systems beyond Epic; the position emphasizes technical and operational problem solving, design, configuration, and ongoing support of applications within the billing domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 4+ years of technical application experience considered in lieu of degree.
• If certification is required, must be obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and implements solutions within assigned applications.
• Educates others on system relationships, workflows, and impact.
• Performs gap analysis and recommends improvements.
• Communicates design/configuration clearly to users and stakeholders.
• Maintains knowledge of other applications in the area of support.
