Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking an experienced uEHR Implementation Team member focused on Resolute Professional Billing. The role designs, configures, and supports application solutions to improve workflows and data integrity across Epic and related systems.

You will lead testing, training, and user adoption while coordinating project timelines and dependencies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in information systems, strong problem-solving skills, and Epic certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related discipline preferred with strong informatics/IT background.
• Certification within 6 months if required; maintain throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support application solutions to improve workflows and data integrity.
• Understand system relationships and impact on operations.
• Lead testing, training, and user adoption efforts.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for projects.
• Provide on-call support during critical incidents or implementations.
• Create and validate documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
