Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking an eUHR Implementation Team focusing on Resolute Hospital Billing Claims and Remittance. This role designs, configures, and supports application solutions to improve workflows, data integrity, and system usability across Epic-based Patient/Revenue cycles.

The position requires understanding upstream/downstream data sources, root-cause analysis, and experience with hospital billing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and 4 years of technical application experience may be considered.
• Certification if required must be obtained within 6 months and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support application solutions to improve workflows, data integrity, and usability.
• Lead testing, training, and validation activities for end users and system changes.
• Coordinate projects within assigned applications, manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Provide ongoing end-user support during upgrades, releases, and enhanced functionality.
