Valley Health System in Kraft Center, Paramus, NJ seeks an experienced uEHR Implementation Team member to design, configure, and support clinical workflow solutions across Epic and related systems. The role focuses on patient flow, bed management, transfers, and system usability with on-call flexibility during critical incidents.

The ideal candidate has a nursing background or related informatics experience, Epic Certification, and strong project management and training capabilities to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and 4 years of technical application experience may be considered.
• If an application requires certification, it must be obtained within 6 months and maintained throughout employment.
• Epic Certification in applicable field required.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and implements solutions within assigned applications, ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Educates others on relationships between systems, workflows, and operational impacts.
• Reviews and refines configurations and designs for quality and effectiveness.
• Performs gap analysis and provides recommendations to improve workflows and integration.
• Communicates design and configuration concepts clearly to end users and stakeholders.
• Maintains working knowledge of other applications used in the area of support.
• Translates requirements for solution design, configuration, and technical needs.
