Role requires strong informatics foundations, project management experience, and Epic certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent combination of education and 4 years of relevant experience considered
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred
• Epic Certification in applicable field required
• Experience with application support, workflow analysis, and system configuration

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and sustain application solutions to improve workflows, data integrity, and usability
• Lead testing planning, execution, and validation for assigned applications
• Develop and deliver end-user training and support system adoption
• Provide documentation and knowledge resources to ensure quality and consistency
