Experience with UC, VoIP, Audiocodes Analog Gateways, Voicemail, and Call Accounting systems.
Knowledge of NEC and ANSI/TIA/EIA 568A cabling standards and installation practices.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level technical support for university telecommunications systems.
Design, install, and upgrade telecommunications equipment and cabling infrastructure.
Configure, administer, and update UC/VoIP systems and related voice telephony hardware.
Coordinate changes with vendors and IT Solutions teams; document systems and configurations.
