Qualifications

  • Knowledge of NEC and ANSI/TIA/EIA 568A cabling standards and installation practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level technical support for university telecommunications systems.
  • Design, install, and upgrade telecommunications equipment and cabling infrastructure.
  • Configure, administer, and update UC/VoIP systems and related voice telephony hardware.
  • Coordinate changes with vendors and IT Solutions teams; document systems and configurations.
