Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of unified communications, including VoIP phones and video endpoints.
• Acts as primary for vendor management, coordination, and communications.
• Implements and maintains data communications, server functionality, and day-to-day operational readiness for the district's collaboration environment.
• Designs and maintains provisioning flows for voice networks.
• Responds to staff and vendor inquiries to provide technical support.
