- Serves as chief administrator of district voice network and telecom equipment.
- Supervises telecom/data technicians for installation and wiring.
- Administers Erate forms for discounts on telecom services and internet.
- Responsible for Helpdesk requests related to phones and repairs.
- Communicates with vendors and negotiates contracts and billing.
- Ensures accuracy of invoices and prompt payment.
