Job summary

A technology firm in California seeks a Telecommunications Specialist with expertise in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Candidates should possess over 4 years of telecommunications experience and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. The role requires being on call 24/7 with a company smartphone. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. This is a contract position expected to last over 6 months.

• Must have Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)
• 2 years experience with Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
• 4 + years Telecommunications experience.
• 4+ years VoIP experience
• 3 + years Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)
• Telecommunications experience of 2-3 years. Customer service and analytical skills required. Hands-on skills with Cisco call center applications, IVR systems, and call recording solutions. Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and related office products. Strong troubleshooting and people skills are necessary. International experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Telecommunications system administration.
• Ability to understand telecommunications terminologies.
• Ability to plan, organize and complete work as scheduled.
• Ability to work independently in conducting analysis and completing assignments.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
