Job summary

DZYNE Technologies is recruiting for an UAS Air Vehicle Operator (AVO) in Springfield, OH. The role requires hands-on operation of high-end unmanned systems and payloads, with flexibility for CONUS/OCONUS missions and on-site training.

The position demands an FAA Class II Medical, a valid Commercial Pilot’s License with Instrument rating or DoD crew qualification, and an active security clearance. Travel up to 100% may be required, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

Qualifications

• 500 hours Tier III/IV UAS as PIC.
• Maintain FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• FAA Commercial Pilot's License with Instrument rating or DoD group 3/4/5 UAS qualification.
• Pass deployment physical and maintain readiness.
• Active DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• On-site presence for training/evaluations/test events; remote planning tasks possible.
• Extensive understanding of UAS FAA principles and concepts.
• Strong communication with aircrew, management, customers, and contractors.
• Ability to work independently and lead in a team environment.
• Willingness to work extended hours when required.
• Team-first attitude for system success.
• Support seven 9-hour on-site days per week during CONUS tests.
• Support seven 12-hour on-site days per week during OCONUS tests.
