Job summary

Platform Aerospace is seeking an UAS Technician to install, maintain, and repair aircraft and related systems in an OCONUS environment. The role covers monitoring, testing, preventive maintenance, and sensor integration per procedures at Client facilities.

The candidate will perform UAV launch/recovery, troubleshoot aircraft subsystems, and analyze equipment logs while adhering to military aviation standards. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Must currently possess and maintain a DoD Secret clearance; ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 100% CONUS/OCONUS.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair aircraft and related equipment in OCONUS/CONUS contexts.
• Monitor, test, and perform preventive maintenance on infrastructure equipment and sensor systems.
• Diagnose and resolve operational problems; analyze equipment logs and data.
• Perform ground handling, UAV launch/recovery, and routine maintenance of aircraft subsystems.
