Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative Site Lead to oversee daily operations at deployed MUAS sites. You will supervise Jump20 FSRs, develop site-specific SOPs, and ensure mission readiness across maritime and land deployments.

Deployment cycles are typically 5 months on site with 2 months off site; candidates may live anywhere. Requires active Secret/TS clearance and FAA medical eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading operations in a supervisory role.
• Experience with unmanned systems operations outside the continental US.
• Ability to brief senior leadership and maintain a cohesive site team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across Maritime and Land Based deployments.
• Manage COMSEC, HAZMAT, air and ground safety programs and quality assurance.
• Schedule flights to meet mission objectives and monitor flight standards.
• Oversee maintenance program and GFP/HVA/inventory controls.
• Serve as primary contact with customer and brief operations status.
