Job summary

AV is seeking a Field Service Representative Site Lead to oversee daily operations at Maritime and Land Based deployed sites supporting MUAS Jump20 and other programs. The role supervises Jump20 FSRs onsite and ensures compliance with mission requirements and customer expectations.

Deployment rotations are typically 5 months on site and 2 off site; candidates may live anywhere. Requires US citizenship and security clearance; ITAR compliance is essential and travel to CONUS/OCONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in planning and leading operations in a supervisory role.
• OCONUS unmanned systems operations experience.
• Able to qualify for and maintain FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Special Operations experience is preferred.
• Site Lead experience in support of Tier I special forces preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on site including COMSEC and HAZMAT programs.
• Manage air and ground safety programs and flight standards.
• Schedule flights to meet mission objectives and maintain flight discipline.
• Oversee maintenance programs and inventory controls (GFP, HVA).
• Mentor and evaluate FSRs; be the primary customer contact.
• Provide pre/post flight briefings and site status reports.
