Job summary

Global Payments in the United States is seeking a UAT Analyst to ensure quality of POS products and align usability with merchant needs. You will own validation of features and prepare handoffs to downstream teams. The role requires product expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to train Alpha merchants.

You will create UAT test cases and track results while meeting deadlines. This position offers a competitive salary in Indiana and opportunities to grow within a global payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and translate business needs into specs.

Responsibilities

• Validate product features and report gaps before release.
• Validate ordering, boarding, and setup from the customer view.
• Assist Alpha Merchants with questions and setup.
• Contribute as subject matter expert in product training sessions.
• Review feature documentation for releases.
• Raise risks to quality and deadlines with leadership.
