Job summary

24 Hour Home Care in El Segundo, CA seeks an IT UAT Analyst to validate system changes against business needs. You will design and run UAT plans, coordinate stakeholder testing, and ensure defects are tracked and resolved with vendors and developers. Hybrid work, monthly office visits, and strong collaboration are key.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in UAT or business systems analysis, plus experience with Salesforce, ERP, or HRIS, and proficiency with Jira within Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, CS or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of UAT or business systems analysis experience.
• Experience in Agile development environments and enterprise apps testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UAT strategies, test plans, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing with data prep.
• Identify, document, and track defects in Jira; coordinate with developers and vendors.
• Review requirements with stakeholders to ensure completeness and testability.
• Coordinate stakeholder testing, document results, and obtain formal UAT approval.
• Develop and maintain testing docs, release materials, guides, knowledge base, training resources.
• Monitor testing outcomes and production issues to suggest improvements.
