Job summary

ERI is seeking an Instructor to support training and certify students as Small Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Operators in a DoD environment. The role centers on instruction with additional duties to maintain a high-quality training program and provide support to diverse trainees.

Responsibilities include leading field instruction operations, ensuring safety, and coordinating with staff. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of relevant experience in instruction and certification.
• Must be able to obtain FAA Class II physical certification.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain/maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and certify students as Small UAS Operators in a DoD environment.
• Assist staff with collateral duties to maintain a quality training program and provide training support services to a varied audience.
• Lead field instruction operations and ensure safety and compliance during UAS training.
