The Rundown AI, Inc. is looking for a V-BAT Internal Training Instructor to execute standardized training for Aircraft Operators and Maintenance Technicians. This role will focus on delivering initial qualification training, conducting evaluations, and ensuring adherence to training procedures.

Applicants should have experience as a UAS operator, a strong understanding of aviation safety standards, and the ability to provide constructive feedback. This full-time position involves a mix of classroom, simulator, and field environments, with travel required for training support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a UAS operator, maintainer, or military aviation instructor.
• Strong understanding of aviation procedures, safety, and standardization.
• Background in structured training environments with formal evaluation processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial qualification training for Aircraft Operators and Maintenance Technicians.
• Conduct evaluations and endorsements required for operational events.
• Evaluate trainee performance and certify readiness for operational tasking.
