A small, established research-oriented engineering firm is seeking a System Trainer – Instructor for C-sUAS systems to design and deliver training to USG personnel. Responsibilities include curriculum development, delivering training both in person and remotely, and contributing to technical documentation. Candidates should have at least 5 years' experience in training, preferably in military contexts. Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience delivering training to military or government personnel.
• Prior experience in military or government training preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop training content for various systems including eLearning and documents.
• Deliver training materials in person or via teleconference.
• Communicate with engineering and support teams regarding training feedback.
