Job summary

Frontier Precision, an employee-owned company with over 36 years serving GIS and UAS industries, seeks a UAS sales/business development professional in Austin. You will drive direct sales, identify new vertical markets, and guide customers on UAV workflows to boost productivity.

You will lead discovery meetings, demonstrate capabilities, train users, and stay current with sensor tech and photogrammetry software.

Qualifications

• UAV operator with verifiable flight time (fixed wing, rotor, or multirotor).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Esri ArcGIS and GIS/CAD databases.
• Experience with sensors (LiDAR, EO/IR, multispectral).
• Experience with PIX4D and photogrammetry software.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales of UAS hardware and software to end-users.
• Identify and pursue new UAS vertical markets in Austin and beyond.
• Lead discovery meetings to scope client needs and UAV solutions.
• Demonstrate product capabilities to diverse audiences.
• Train users on data capture, processing, and workflows.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory environment and waivers.
