With 8+ years in technical sales or solutions engineering and 5+ years in aviation/UAS, you will lead proposals, provide demonstrations, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to win strategic deals. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in technical sales or solutions engineering.
• 5+ years in aviation, aerospace, or UAS industry.
• 5+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales and engineering).
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical capture efforts aligning with Flexrotor roadmap.
• Provide product expertise to drive engagement and deals.
• Serve as primary technical lead for BD engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Manage technical content for proposals, white papers, briefs.
• Demonstrate products and translate complex concepts for customers.
• Support compliance checks for technical offerings.
• Develop technical strategies to maximize win probability.
• Coordinate updates to configurations and pricing with engineering.
• Support sales teams with technical training on Flexrotor.
