Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated UAS Technical Specialist to join our Unmanned division with a primary focus on spray drone technology and applications. This role does not operate within our Ag Division and the focus of this role on spray drone applications outside of the Ag industry.

This is a hands-on, field-based technical role supporting customers through training, implementation, and ongoing operational success.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with advanced technology in real-world environments and partnering with customers to ensure successful deployment and use of UAS solutions.

What You’ll Do

As a UAS Technical Specialist, you will serve as a trusted technical resource for both customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide field-based technical support to UAS customers within your assigned region
  • Train customers on data capture workflows, including mission planning and execution
  • Deliver instruction on data processing and post-capture analysis
  • Perform data capture services for customers as needed
  • Support customers with post-processing and deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal UAS team members to troubleshoot and improve workflows
  • Stay current on emerging UAS technologies, software, and industry applications
  • Assist in the deployment and support of spray drone solutions, including setup, operation, and optimization
