Job summary

DZYNE Technologies in Springfield, OH (OCONUS capable) seeks an experienced UAS AVO Instructor to lead on-site training, develop and publish crew manuals, and collaborate with aircrew and government customers. The role requires flight experience, strong communication, and deployment readiness.

Qualified candidates will hold an FAA commercial pilot license with instrument rating or 500+ hours PIC in DoD ops, maintain FAA II Medical, and hold an active DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• FAA Commercial Pilot's License with Instrument rating or 500 hours PIC in DoD ops.
• Maintain FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Pass deployment physical and maintain deployment readiness.
• Active DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Teach, manage and conduct operation of UAS platforms; on-site training events.
• Create, review, edit and publish crew training documents and manuals.
• Communicate effectively with aircrew, management, and government customers.
• Lead in a team environment and support CONUS/OCONUS operations.
• Work extended hours when required and travel as needed.
