Job summary

Skyeton seeks a seasoned UAS Air Vehicle Operator / Field Service Representative to fly Group 2 and Group 3 UAVs, provide on-site technical support, and manage maintenance and field deployments. You will review taskings, support mission execution, and ensure compliance with FAA and DoD standards.

The role requires 2–5 years PIC experience, a valid FAA Part 107 certificate, and readiness to travel to remote or international sites with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years as Remote Pilot in Command (PIC) for Group 2/3 UAS.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required; military DoD/UAS quals preferred.
• Hands-on maintenance with UAV propulsion, avionics, and autopilots.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% including remote or austere locations.

Responsibilities

• Flight Operations: execute pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks for Group 2/3 UAVs.
• Field Service: troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft, GCS, and LRE on-site.
• Mission Coordination: support mission planning, data analysis, and deployment readiness.
