Job summary

Flytrex in Pilot Point, TX is hiring an Assembly Technician to perform component assembly, testing, and quality checks on the Flytrex Unmanned Aircraft System. You will ensure design conformity and coordinate with the supply chain team at the IL headquarters.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience with small electronic systems or aircraft, and an Associate's degree or equivalent. This is a full-time on-site role with strict safety and QA requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with small electronic systems, circuits, or aircraft/UAS.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and practical manufacturing knowledge.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and inspect components for UAS production.
• Perform conformity evaluations and QA procedures per specs.
• Operate hand/power tools and precision measuring devices.
• Follow engineering drawings and work orders with accuracy.
• Support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Adhere to aviation regulations and company policies.
