Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driver’s license required.
• At least 1 year of successful coaching experience or collegiate playing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current coaching techniques, rules and training theory of baseball.
• Ability to teach beginner skills while developing players of varied skill levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse youth and work with students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; integrity as a role model for students.
