Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking Middle School Boys & Girls Basketball Assistant Coaches (7/8 grades) for the upcoming season. This is a part-time, ancillary position with practices Mon-Fri after school and games on weekday evenings, November through February.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of coaching experience or collegiate playing background.
• Knowledge of current coaching techniques, rules, and training theory.
• Ability to teach beginner skills while developing mixed skill levels.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse youth.
• Commitment to high achievement and student safety.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Upholds high ethical standards and acts as a positive role model.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skill development practices for middle school players.
