Job description

The Opportunity

We're looking for a hunter who executes with urgency - someone who opens doors, closes deals, and turns early wins into rapid enterprise expansion.

We've established our initial go-to-market strategy, sales processes, and customer pipeline. Now we need someone who can take that foundation and accelerate commercial growth.

You’ll be on the front lines of our U.S. expansion - identifying prospects, making cold calls, getting onto jobsites, building relationships with safety and operations leaders, running pilots, and rapidly converting successful trials into enterprise-wide adoptionclosing deals.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands‑on, individual contributor role for someone who loves selling. You’ll have the autonomy to own your pipeline, the support of an existing commercial team, and the opportunity to introduce an innovative product to an industry where heat safety is an increasingly urgent priority.

Your success will be measured by the opportunities you create, the customers you win, and the revenue you generate.

What You’ll Do
  • Hunt for new business. Proactively identify, prospect, and close enterprise customers in the worker safetyindustry, with an initial focus on construction.
  • Build pipeline from scratch. Generate opportunities through cold outreach, your existing industry network, referrals, industry events, and direct jobsite engagement. You won’t be relying on inbound leads.
  • Get in front of customers. Spend meaningful time in the field, from active construction sites and early morning safety meetings to corporate offices and industry conferences.
  • Navigate construction buying organizations. Build relationships with superintendents, field safety managers, regional and corporate safety directors, operations leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Convert interest into revenue. Move prospects efficiently from initial conversations to product trials, purchase orders, and larger commercial contracts.
  • Drive pilots to enterprise-wide rollout. Manage customer trials, gather feedback, demonstrate value, and convert successful pilots into repeat orders and enterprise-widebroader deployments.
  • Grow existing accounts. Expand initial purchases across additional jobsites, projects, regions, and operating teams.
  • Own your numbers. Maintain an active pipeline, consistently hit sales targets, and provide accurate forecasts and reporting through HubSpot.
  • Execute and improve. Work closely with Sales, Growth, and Product to build on existing processes, share customer insights, and continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Move fast. Take ownership of opportunities, follow up relentlessly, overcome objections, and keep deals moving forward.
What You Bring
  • 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling physical products into construction, worker safety, industrial safety, infrastructure, or similar field-based industries.
  • An existing network in construction and/or worker safety, particularly relationships with safety directors, operations leaders, contractors, and other relevant buyers.
  • A proven track record of personally sourcing and closing new business. You’ve built your own pipeline through cold outbound and direct prospecting.
  • A history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with measurable examples of revenue generated and new customers acquired.
  • Experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, from field-level champions to corporate decision-makers.
  • Experience converting pilots into purchase orders, repeat business, and larger enterprise deployments.Strong CRM discipline, ideally with HubSpot, including pipeline management, activity tracking, and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the U.S. and spend significant time with customers in the field.
Who Will Thrive Here

You know the construction industry and already have relationships you can pick up the phone and call.

You enjoy the chase. You don’t mind hearing "no," you know how to get past gatekeepers, and you’re persistent about following up without losing the trust of your customers.

You're equally comfortable walking onto a jobsite at 7 a.m. and presenting to a corporate safety director that afternoon.

You are able to develop a sales strategy quickly: you want to understand the product, get in front of customers, and start closing business.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.
