Job summary

WTW is seeking an Incoming Specialty Client Manager / U.S. Broker to support multinational clients from the U.S. market, executing placements and renewals while delivering high-quality service aligned with global strategy.

You will be a client-facing broker with strong market awareness, focused on U.S. property & casualty coverage and collaboration with the global service network. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing and market-facing brokerage or underwriting role.
• Strong communication skills across email, phone, video and in-person interactions.
• Active or obtainable U.S. Property & Casualty broker license and CE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary U.S. brokerage lead for assigned multinational accounts with the WTW global network.
• Advise clients and overseas colleagues on U.S. market trends, coverage, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Own execution of domestic U.S. insurance placements for assigned accounts; place smaller risks and support larger ones.
