Guerbet is seeking a U.S. HR Generalist to support the U.S. HR Services department and work closely with the HR Business Partners to manage day-to-day HR operations at U.S.

sites. The role emphasizes confidentiality, policy enforcement, onboarding, and personnel file maintenance. You will handle recruiting support, payroll data preparation, training coordination, and assist with audits while ensuring timely, accurate HR service delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Multi-state experience required.
• SHRM-CP a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provides HR support to the U.S. HR Services department with confidentiality at all times.
• Enforces company policies and practices at all times.
• Supports recruiting process as needed and hiring process including background checks.
• Prepares onboarding documents and conducts new hire orientation.
• Maintains employee personnel files in compliance with legal requirements.
• Administers HR data, payroll data and benefits communications.
• Supports performance management, training, and development initiatives.
• Prepares EEO reports and assists with audits.
• Handles HR invoices and site communications.
• Acts as back-up for HR Generalists as needed.
