C.H. Robinson is seeking a Compliance Analyst to strengthen U.S. Customs compliance programs, reduce risk, and support our brokerage network.

You will conduct audits, manage post-entry work, monitor trade regulations, and turn findings into practical guidance for internal teams and customers. Training and stakeholder collaboration are key parts of the role. On-site collaboration is valued, with three days per week in the office and two days for remote work, enabling teamwork while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of import compliance or customs brokerage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customs compliance audits and support cross-branch teams.
• Manage post-entry activities and regulatory updates.
• Assist customers with inquiries and documentation.
• Serve as liaison for Customs and agency communications.
• Advise brokerage teams on compliance responses and trade requirements.
• Oversee bond applications, renewals, and related records.
• Monitor compliance reports and ABI data for issues.
• Support PMS programs and client documentation.
• Deliver training and provide trade guidance.
