Superior Plus Propane is seeking a Director of Commercial Sales to lead the U.S. sales organization and deliver profitable, sustainable growth through new customer acquisition and market-share expansion.

The role oversees six sales teams, translating commercial strategy into market-level priorities and ensuring teams have the leadership, coaching, tools, and accountability to win in the marketplace.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales and commercial leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-market or geographically dispersed sales teams.
• Proven track record of new customer acquisition and market-share growth.
• Experience in a competitive, field-based B2B sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead six sales teams across the U.S. and drive growth through new customer acquisition and market-share expansion.
• Develop and execute the U.S. sales strategy focused on profitable organic growth and competitive takeaways.
• Establish KPIs and performance expectations; ensure pipeline discipline and CRM adoption.
• Build executive relationships with strategic customers, prospects, and market stakeholders.
• Partner with Operations, Delivery, Pricing, Marketing Finance, and Customer Experience to remove barriers to growth.
