Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a dedicated Tyre Fitter for our mining operations. You will monitor tyre performance, plan replacements, and coordinate safe, efficient maintenance on site.

Responsibilities include forecasting replacement, maintaining tyre records, conducting daily tyre condition checks, and leading the squad to complete breakdowns safely and on schedule. This role also requires proactive safety leadership and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year tyre fitter experience in mining industries.
• Knowledge of tyre maintenance and repair activities.
• Ability to perform tyre failure analysis.
• Good at managing tyre site reports.
• Proactive safety attitude and lead by example.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.

To monitor and control tyre operation, attain equipment target availability and provide service to satisfaction of all tyres and users. All tyres and users are proven to be satisfied with the provided services.

Develop and manage tyre forecast replacement, matching and repair plan while ensuring tyre recording system is good maintained. Tyre forecast replacement is well-managed and developed, tyre recording system is good maintained.

Responsible to conduct tyre preventive maintenance list; front tyre replacement schedule, rim replacement schedule; tyre condition check on the unit in daily check pressure activities. All of the tyre-condition related processes are accurately conducted.

Control sub ordinates to do the unit breakdown job in safe and on time completion. Unit breakdown jobs are completed in a safe and timely manner.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained.

Education

High School Graduate of Engineering

• 1 Year of Tyre Fitter Experiences in Mining Industries
• Has a good knowledge about Tyre Maintenance and Repair activities
• Has a good capability to perform Tyre Failure Analysis
• Good in managing tyre site reports
• Proactive safety attitude and demonstrate to sub ordinate
• Good analytical and leadership skill
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 5.
