Job summary

PT Petrosea Tbk is seeking a Maintenance Planning Supervisor to lead on-site planning for heavy equipment projects. The role focuses on coordinating schedules, optimizing resources, and aligning maintenance work with the overall project timeline and budget.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in heavy/mobile maintenance strategy, engineering background, and strong knowledge of mining-related maintenance requirements. Fluent English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in heavy/mobile maintenance strategy.
• Qualifications and certificates in field of trade/required duties.
• Mechanical work to OEM maintenance standards to achieve high mechanical availability.
• Broad knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance.
• Understanding of mechanical availability and repair methods.
• Understanding of mining requirements and production targets.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance planning activities on site/in the field, plan, coordinate, schedule, and monitor planning for 1–3 months horizon to align with project schedule and budget.
• Supervise and support team to ensure routine maintenance activities are planned and scheduled with Production and Maintenance.
• Coach and mentor planning function to develop people within planning.
• Distribute weekly and bi-weekly scheduled work to operations and maintenance supervisors with standard job plans/packages; ensure timely execution.
• Provide formal analysis on asset performance relative to maintenance plan and improvements.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and SHE Management System to meet ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards.

Job Summary

Supervise maintenance planning activities on site/in the field incl. plan, coordinate, schedule, and monitor all maintenance planning activities in > 1-3 months horizon pertaining to asset project (heavy equipment) in order to ensure all maintenance activities in project are effective and efficient in timely manner conform to the project schedule and budget.

• Conducts mechanical work to PTP and OEM maintenance standars to help achieve high mechanical availability
• Broad knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
• Good understanding of mechanical availability and correct repair and maintenance methods
• Good understanding of mining requirements and production targets
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 6.
