Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a Maintenance Planning professional to lead on-site/field planning activities, ensuring maintenance tasks align with project schedules and budgets. You will establish and improve planning workflows, develop full scopes of work for repairs, and monitor KPI-driven performance in a mining/ heavy equipment context.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least 1 year in heavy/mobile maintenance strategy, with strong analytical skills and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year experience in Heavy/Mobile maintenance strategy.
• Experience with Asset KPI, measurement and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Heavy/Mobile Equipment and maintenance.
• Repair and maintenance methodology and analysis knowledge.
• Knowledge in cost and capital engineering.
• Understanding mining requirements and production targets.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement Maintenance Planning and Scheduling processes.
• Ensure weekly/monthly planning and work orders align with schedules and budgets.
• Communicate maintenance work instructions clearly to subordinates.
• Prepare and submit timely reporting on work orders and backlog.
• Review failures to plant and forecast equipment issues for backlog planning.
• Maintain SHE programs and SHE management system to meet ISO/SMK3/SMKP standards.

Job description

• Perform maintenance planning activities on site / in the field include prepare and manage periodical maintenance plan, eventually to ensure all maintenance activities in project are effective and efficient in timely manner conform to the project schedule and budget. Specific Duties: Establish, maintain and improve Maintenance Planning and Scheduling business flow process. Develop full scope of work needed to conduct repairs.

Responsible for compliance to weekly and monthly planning, including scheduled work orders, relating to all maintenance tasks set out daily / to help achieve long term maintenance plans and high equipment availability. The long term maintenance plans and high equipment availability are successfully achieved.

Monitor and communicate all maintenance work instructions to direct subordinates, in a clear and defined manner. Maintenance work instructions are monitored and communicated in a clear and defined manner.

Review and analyse Failures to plant by monitoring trends and report pending equipment failure for correct planning into backlog, advising immediately if equipment is unsafe to operate or high potential of major failure occurring. Failures are successfully corrected and prevented.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 1 year experiences particularly in Heavy/Mobile maintenance strategy.
• Experienced with Asset Key Performance Indicator, measurement and analysis.
• Excellent knowledge and technical of Heavy/Mobile Equipment and Maintenance operation.
• Strong knowledge and experience of Repair and Maintenance Methodology and Analysis as well as by using kind of tools analysis
• Strong knowledge Cost and Capital Engineering.
• Good understanding of mining requirements and production targets
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 5.
