Job summary

The Goldman Sachs Group in Dallas is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding professional for the Transaction Banking Operations team. You will own complex onboarding and due diligence for clients, driving end-to-end setup across TxB products and services.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance, managing KYC/CIP. You will ensure smooth go-live and provide early-stage support while upholding risk controls and governance.

Qualifications

KYC/CIP due diligence experience and policy knowledge across multiple regions.
Strong PM skills to organize complex onboarding programs.
Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and internal partners.
Ability to simplify and streamline onboarding processes while managing risk controls.
Experience training and developing junior team members.

Responsibilities

Create a differentiated onboarding experience for clients from RFPs to go-live.
Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance to handle complex onboarding across jurisdictions.
Collaborate with QA and control teams to ensure policy adherence during onboarding.
Identify process improvements to shorten go-live timelines for clients.
Resolve blockers by coordinating across teams and providing practical solutions.
Maintain strong risk awareness and governance in client onboarding and setup.
