Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 1-2 years of professional experience in a financial crime risk management or compliance role.
• Experience drafting financial crime related documents, such as enhanced client due diligence reviews and investigation reports.
• Ability to be creative, collaborate widely and deliver on key risk objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, multi-faceted and fast-changing work environment.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage several projects.
• Team oriented, energetic, self-directed, and self-motivated.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk advisory evaluations on prospective and existing clients based on risk criteria.
• Perform due diligence on clients with elevated financial crime or compliance risk.
• Review client activity against expected patterns and risk indicators.
• Conduct adverse media searches on TxB clients.
• Maintain documentation for team processes and best practices.
